Shelly Jo Kraft is an Associate Professor at Wayne State University in Detroit, USA. Her current research focuses on the identification of genes associated with persistent developmental stuttering. Additionally, Dr. Kraft is working to investigate factors that contribute to stuttering severity in children, teens, and adults. Dr. Kraft is a clinical instructor and supervisor at the Wayne State University Speech and Language Center where she specializes in the treatment of people who stutter.
