Please read below if you are having trouble accessing the Journal of Fluency Disorders
- You have to be logged onto your account for access.
- Be careful how you access the journal: do not use the “Browse the Current Issue” link just under the image of JFD on the right hand side of the homepage. That link is for non-members to browse the publicly accessible portions of the journal, you want the link below that in bold blue “online access” within the text IFA members receive
- The page that this is linked to can be accessed alternatively through the menu system after logging onto your account using:
- Membership -> Online Access
This will bring up a page that page reads
"Direct Access to the JFD for IFA members
Click here to open a new page where you can access JFD”
The link will pop up a new page that will have a link to open the Elsevier site for JFD.
- Membership -> Online Access
- Another possible problem is if you use a university or other institutional library link that requires you to log in and may set up a proxy that may interfer with the Elsevier link. You may have to disconnect from the institution before accessing JFD from theifa.org
