2018 Joint World Congress Cancellation policy

If you find you are unable to attend the IFA World Congress after registering, another person may attend in your place but please advise the Congress Registration Team (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the Congress Registration Team immediately. Provided written notice is received by Monday 4 June 2018, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by Monday, 18 June 2018, a 50% refund will be given. Unfortunately, for registrations cancelled after Monday, 18 June 2018, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.

In the unlikely event the IFA has to cancel the Congress, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. IFA shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.

 

IFA Membership

Memberships in the IFA are not refundable.  If you make a mistake in purchasing a membership please contact us as soon possible Webmaster
